Company Policies

Policy: a definite course of action adopted for the sake of expediency

It’s highly suggested that if you are using the internet at work; make sure you know what your organizations policies are. Knowing the policies and what is expected of you as an employee, will only further your success.

Many companies are customizing their policies based on their specific needs. They’re starting to create contracts that outline what is expected of employees, and usually has to be signed upon being hired. Having policies ensures the company’s image and reputation is professionally maintained. Policies also help promote a safe and healthy work environment for all.

Guidelines and policy are made in order to ensure an organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
